that doesnt help for subpackages and stuff. you really have to do
redirects for every old name

just because http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service works doesnt mean
http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/Concepts/Maintenance will work.
while it could be a nice redirect aswell.
