[opensuse-wiki] Kaspersky Spam in the English Wiki

Hello admins of the English wiki,

we have got spam on Talk pages by the user Fishh like that: https://en.opensuse.org/Portal%20Talk:Wiki
and that: https://en.opensuse.org/User:Fishh

Can you lock the user, please? I am only administrator for the German Wiki.
