We still lack official confirmation of what is the alleged "upgrade
workflow" by the assignee with a suse.de address in the bugzilla.
Any upgrade method we document could be said "invalid" and bugs closed.
We need that information before correcting the wiki.
And no, the «"official" offline procedure in the wiki» is not official
either, as it was me who wrote it - unless it is some other article I'm
not aware of.
